2014-2016 Construction: The lowest 3 floors were constructed in solid construction with ventilated shingle façade and 3 upper floors were constructed in timber construction with ventilated shingle façade. The community centre has 8 handicapped-accessible flats for the elderly, the community administration with counter, office and meeting rooms, a public toilet facility and an underground garage with 15 parking spaces. The community centre is located in the village centre of Pany and is expected to open in summer 2016.
