7 room detached house with a 2.5 room granny annexe, in mixed construction. The house was built in solid and wooden elements with plastered external thermal insulation.

The house was built in the 1950s and gently renovated around 1995. The owner wanted more and generous open living space. This was achieved by adding an extension on the east side, which was connected to the existing building with a cross gable, and by almost completely hollowing out the existing building. The entire building services and installations were completely replaced. The building envelope and the roof were renovated and the surroundings were adapted.

The extension of the granny flat in the basement was constructed in solid construction with plastered external thermal insulation.

In the basement, the existing granny annexe was completely hollowed out, enlarged and extended by an annexe with a roof terrace. The house was equipped with a heating system (until then only wood stove) and various installations were renewed. The house is located in hazard zone 2 (Rüfen).
